Upload a receipt as a PDF or image. Our AI reads the document and extracts the date, vendor, amount, and currency, then returns structured data you can download as CSV, JSON, Excel (XLSX), PDF. Processing happens entirely in memory on EU servers - nothing is ever stored.

We accept PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG. Scanned documents, photos of receipts, and multi-page PDFs work well. How many files you can add in one go depends on your plan: visitors can upload up to 5 at once, free accounts up to 10, Pro up to 25, and Pro Plus up to 50. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo or a high-resolution scan.

No account needed to try it. Unregistered visitors get a small number of free conversions. Creating a free account gives you more conversions every month, and paid plans unlock batch uploads for processing multiple receipts at once.

Very high for most legible receipts. The model handles faded ink, angles, and mixed languages well. We recommend clear photos with good lighting for best results. If extraction is off, try a higher-resolution image.

All major European languages and currencies are supported, including €, £, CHF, PLN, SEK, and more. Receipts in non-European languages also process correctly in most cases - the model is multilingual.

Every export includes the same four columns: Date, Vendor, Amount, and Currency. You can download the results as CSV, JSON, Excel (XLSX), PDF, ready for Excel, Google Sheets, or your accounting tools.
